Outside of university and work, I like to keep an active life and check-in with my passions. Some of which you can find out more about below.
Around my city
I live in Cambridge, UK. A bohemian city that's full of charm and culture.
I get high on nature, walks, forests and anything that connects me with the outside.
This city is the perfect mix of culture, history, nature, and if you're a romantic and can't help it... rain.
Wellbeing
In the high-paced and uncertain world we live in, it's very important to tap in with ourselves and make sure that we're nurturing our bodies, minds and souls.
People that get to merge their work and passions are considered to be lucky, and I like to believe that I'm one of those lucky ones. I found passion in wellbeing years ago and pursued it in my higher levels of educations, then the company I joined allowed me to take initiative on the matter.
In my free time, I do yoga, meditation, I practice reiki and I do emotional intelligence exercises.
Check out this Emotional Wellbeing Toolkit I put together.
Arts
ALL KINDS REALLY
You may call it. Music. Painting. Theatre. Literature. Food.
Anything that has been created by man or mother nature can be appreciated, and I loooove appreciating it.
At times I have my attempts to create the art myself, and, now, it may not make it in the big galleries any time soon, but nor did Van Gogh's art.
And at the end of the day, it's all fun!
Board games and game mastering
Hidden beneath my striking good looks, charm, brilliant capablilities and humility, I am a nerd at heart. I enjoy the regular board games nights, escape rooms and strategic game mastering.
Travelling
One of the most cultivating activities that I declare myself to be a huge fan of is travelling. Any new place can teach me something new. Culture, food, landscapes, new people and adventures? I'm always ready and IN!
